Balance Board Wiifit
I MUST lose this weight >=[ How?
I have large love handles. these are the main thing i wish to get rid of. I know that losing these would boost my self esteem through the roof compared to what it is now, but I have no clue how!
I cant afford wiifit. Which i really want.
I'm not even close though if i want the balance board to it.
My mom keeps saying shell get it with her next bonus but she always buys herself something else.
I hate how i look and i just want to know what exercises to do and how to do them the best way.
This upcoming school year ill be in the whole school eye all year and I don't want to be chubby.
People at my school judge like crazy.
Its just that every time i look in the mirror my heart breaks and I want to burst into tears.
Having love handles doesn't necessarily mean you're "chubby". You can be a stick and still have love handles, believe it or not! You need to burn the fat off your body by doing cardio, and also by doing strength training. And I know how you feel about them; they drove me crazy, but an active lifestyle can really help. =) There are Beach Body programs that can help if you're willing to purchase them. I did Slim in 6 and P90X which really helped. But basically any cardio is good. (e.g. running, swimming, bicycling, etc...
