black screen of death on my wii?
whenever i try to play the game "little kings story" on my wii i get a black screen with an error messages that says "error, remove disc and turn off wii console. refer to troubleshooting in manual." all of my other games like re4, twilight princess, super mario galaxy, smash brothers and even wii sports broke. i bought the game from amazon.com and it came in a sealed package with everything intact including the case, manual to the game, and a flawless disc. i hadnt updated my wii to version 4.2 yet, could that be the problem?
This happened to me with Mario Kart Wii. I contacted Nintendo and told them about this, explaining a new disc caused this problem, and they repaired it for free-they even payed the shipping. (don't worry, after UPS picked it up I got it back three days later and it worked fine.)
Just emulate what I did and you'll be okay.
