What is a good workout routine?!?
I've been working out lately on the Wii && Wii Fit, but sometimes I get bored with the wii and don't feel like exercising on it. I would like to create an exercising routine that doesn't involve wii as an alternative work out.
~What work out habits do you use to keep in shape?!
~What types of exercises do you use to build muscle && tone certain area's(ex. thighs and arms)?!
~How do you also tone your stomach area, reducing pouch/defining abs?!

You just have to be physically healthy doing daily workouts. You need to be active for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week doing certain activities. Just walking is a great work out.
