Can wii fitness act as a replacement for working out at a gym?
If you work hard enough can you receive the same results as going to a gym?
or was the commercial just BS?
that depends on what you do at the gym. if you use almost no resistance and don't go running and only really do exercises in place, it could do exactly the same thing. However, you're never really going to build muscle much this way. you need resistance, and a lot more of it than a little exercise band can provide. you gotta go to a gym and use weights to get real results.
